1. Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I send my photo for the customized case? A: You can upload your high-quality photo directly on the product page before clicking “Add to Cart.” Alternatively, you can WhatsApp your Order ID and Photo to our support number.

Q: Will the print fade away over time? A: No. We use high-quality UV/Sublimation printing technology which is scratch-resistant and fade-proof under normal usage.

Q: Can I see a preview before printing? A: Yes! Once you place the order, our design team will share a digital mockup/preview on your WhatsApp for approval before we start the final printing.

2. Payments & COD

Q: Why do I need to pay ₹100 in advance for COD? A: Since customized cases are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold to anyone else if a delivery is rejected. The ₹100 advance confirms your order and covers the basic printing cost.

Q: Is my payment secure? A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard encrypted payment gateways (like Razorpay/UPI) to ensure your transaction is 100% safe.

Q: Are there any extra charges for delivery? A: We offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders. A small shipping fee applies to COD orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Production takes 3–5 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 days for metros and 5–7 days for the rest of India.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered Email and WhatsApp.

4. Returns & Replacements

Q: Can I return my case if I don’t like it? A: Since these are personalized items, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.” We only replace items if they are physically damaged or if the wrong model was sent.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged? A: An Unboxing Video is mandatory for any damage claims. Please record a video while opening the package and send it to us within 24 hours. Without a video, we cannot provide a replacement.
