Shipping & Delivery Policy – Milan Mobile

At Milan Mobile, we strive to deliver your customized accessories as quickly as possible. Since each product is printed specifically for you, our process is divided into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Production Timeline (Handling Time)

  • Customized Cases: Because these items are made-to-order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for design confirmation and printing before your order is dispatched.

  • Ready-made Accessories: Non-customized items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours.

  • Processing Days: Our production facility operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket), the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas/North East: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • COD Orders: A shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50] applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Requirement

  • For Customized Products, we require a minimum advance payment of ₹100 via UPI or Online Link to confirm the order.

  • Production will NOT begin until this advance is received.

  • The remaining balance will be collected by the courier agent at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.

  • You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

6. Undelivered Orders (RTO)

  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, locked premises, or the customer being unreachable, we will contact you.

  • A re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package again.

  • Please ensure your phone number and PIN code are 100% correct at checkout.
