Terms and Conditions for Milan Mobile

Welcome to milanmobile.in. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Customized Orders & Production

  • Production Time: Since each product is custom-made to your specifications, please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days for production before the item is shipped.

  • Advance Payment: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders involving customized products, a minimum advance payment of ₹100 is mandatory.

  • Non-Refundable Advance: Once production has started on your customized case, the ₹100 advance payment becomes non-refundable, as the raw materials and printing process are specific to your unique order.

2. User-Provided Designs & Copyright

  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images, logos, and text you upload for customization.

  • Ownership: By uploading a design, you represent that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use the image. Milan Mobile is not liable for any legal issues or copyright infringements arising from user-provided content.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any order that contains offensive, illegal, or low-quality imagery that cannot be printed clearly.

3. Quality & Color Disclaimer

  • Screen vs. Print: Please note that colors on mobile and computer screens (RGB) may vary slightly from the actual printed colors (CMYK) on the physical product.

  • Variations: Slight variations in color, placement, and alignment are part of the custom printing process and shall not be considered “defective.”

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Milan Mobile is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details for smooth delivery.

5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

  • No “Change of Mind” Returns: Because our products are personalized for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or if you ordered the wrong phone model.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: We only offer replacements if the product arrives physically damaged or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for a damaged product, you MUST record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you start opening the courier seal.

    • The video must show the shipping label clearly.

    • If no unboxing video is provided, your claim for damage will be rejected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Milan Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
