Return & Refund Policy – Milan Mobile

At Milan Mobile, we take pride in the quality of our customized accessories. Because our products are made specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard e-commerce stores.

1. No Returns for Customized Products

  • All products that are printed-on-demand or customized with your photos, names, or designs are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong phone model or if you simply changed your mind. Please double-check your phone model in Settings > About Phone before ordering.

2. Damages and Issues (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

We only offer a replacement or refund if the item arrives physically damaged or if we sent the wrong design/model.

  • The Rule: You MUST record a clear, continuous Unboxing Video starting from the moment you begin opening the courier seal.

  • Requirements for the Video:

    • The shipping label must be clearly visible at the start.

    • The video must be uncut and unedited.

    • You must show the defect or damage clearly in the video.

  • Reporting Time: You must report the damage via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • No Video = No Claim: Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot process any replacement or refund for “damaged on arrival” claims.

3. Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once it moves to the printing/production stage, it cannot be cancelled.

  • COD Orders: Since a ₹100 advance is required for production, if you cancel after the advance is paid and production has started, the ₹100 advance will not be refunded.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If your claim for a damaged/wrong item is approved based on your unboxing video, we will first offer a free replacement.

  • If a replacement is not possible (stock unavailable), a refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5-7 working days.

5. Color and Print Variance

  • Slight color variations (between your phone screen and the physical print) are normal in the printing industry and are not considered “defects.”
